Software Developer

RelyOn Nutec Simulation AS are looking for motivated part time software developers. The employee will work with the technical team in RelyOn Nutec Simulation, participating in the development and testing of the company’s software. This will primarily include testing of new features, implementation of testing procedures for automatic testing, configuration of the automatic build-server and automatic deployment strategies. Depending on the work demand and resources, this may also include the development of other software in the company’s portfolio.

The employee will report to the Technical Director. The intended position share is 40%, but with the possibility of adjustment during exam periods. The position is located at the company's office in Stavanger.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Functionality testing of new features
• Regression testing
• Development of automatic tests and implementation of CI/CD solutions.
• Adhere to the company workflow using Git SCM and Gitflow.
• Collaborate on product and design with the rest of the team.
• Maintain documentation as per company standards.

Qualifications

• Student of bachelor's or master's degree in computer technology, or equivalent.
• Familiar with C++ or other OOP Languages (C#, Java etc).
• Knowledge of/interest in working with build servers (TeamCity or similar).
• Familiarity with Git SCM or similar.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code.
• Good troubleshooting
• Fluency in English, written and verbal communication skills
